Our chapter also utilizes study groups and a mentor system to help sisters in similar majors. In a continuous effort to improve chapter GPA, each sister has a required number of study hours each week and one hour at a monitored study table. Scholastic achievement is upheld by our Vice President of Academics. She works with the members to better meet the needs of individual study habits. Each member is expected to uphold the high academic standards of Alpha Omicron Pi.

Strong Academic goals are very important to the chapter.  Here are just some of the highlights of our academic program.

* Striving to achieve the all sorority or all women's average,whichever is higher.
* Working with a faculty advisor to achieve academic success.
* Requiring a minimum 2.5 college or 3.0 high school GPA for all new
members.
* Recognizing members who achieve academic excellence.
* Study hours for all members
* Mentoring programs
* A variety of scholarships
* Financial support for tutoring
