RACE DAY

Race-Day Registration: Sunday, October 9th 7:30-9:30AM Ames Middle School


Packet Pick-Up: Sunday, October 9th 7:30-9:30AM Ames Middle School


Omelet Breakfast: Ames Middle School Commons, your race number is your ticket, otherwise tickets are $5 at the door. Breakfast includes all you can eat omelets, muffins, donuts, fruit, juice, milk, yogurt, and more.


Participants Receive: Red rose, long sleeve Run for the Roses race shirt

    *late registrants not guaranteed a shirt on race day


Awards: Awards given to first male and female finishers and top three finishers in each age division in the 5k and 10k. Door prizes awarded at breakfast!

-Since the inaugural year of this race in 1987, Ames Area Running Club and Alpha Omicron Pi have contributed $126,000 to Arthritis Research grants. Your participation in this event is helping to make a difference.

-The money raised by this race goes to Arthritis Research grants, there are no administrative costs
